Job Posting for Trainer / Adult Learning Educator at SOQ International Academy
Position: Full time/ Part time
6 Days off/ Month
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training and assessment according to Company SOPs and Singapore Workforce Qualification (WSQ) standard.
Perform at least 2 of the training as below:
Retail and beauty industry: Product advisory, product demonstration, service excellence, effective communication, colour concept application or other soft skills course
Beauty: Face care. lashes care, brows care or make up care course
IT or Marketing: E-commerce, AI, digital marketing or leadership courses
Perform student management including attendance record, assessment record and student profile.
Manage student system and documents
Perform ad-hoc duties as per requested.
Requirement:
Preferred candidate with at least 2 years of training experience in relevant industry; or candidate with at least 5 years of experience in performing specific skills. Preferred candidate with at ACTA or ACLP Qualification.
