With daily volume crossing billions, their platform encompasses spot, margin, futures, options, and innovative risk control models.

About the role:

Reporting to the global head of product, this is a highly visible role where your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development of crypto asset trading products across spot and derivatives markets, focusing on key components such order management, trading risk engines and matching engines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in legal, compliance, and various business as well as technical stakeholders to ensure trading infrastructure meets regulatory requirements while remaining robust and scalable for various regulated environments.
• Conduct thorough industry analyses, competitor research, and customer feedback assessments to identify innovations that will keep our trading system at the forefront of both crypto and traditional finance.
• Develop sophisticated data monitoring systems to enhance situational awareness of our trading ecosystem and industry trends
• Create short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps, informed by product life cycles, competitive landscapes, and resource capabilities.
• Oversee project progress, coordinating seamlessly with developers, designers, marketing teams, operations, and other departments to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
• A minimum of 5 years in building complex backend systems within the crypto or traditional finance sectors.
• Strong logical reasoning, excellent teamwork, and communication abilities, enabling effective resource coordination across departments.
• A genuine interest in trading, blockchain technology, and the financial landscape.
• An enthusiastic approach to product development, with a keen sensitivity to customer feedback.
