Core Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude.
Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
Provide knowledgeable advice on our enrichment programmes and help parents make the best choices for their child.
Respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism, whether in person, by phone or email.
Follow up with interested families and guide them smoothly through our enrollment journey.
Promote new courses and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings.
Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention.
Support smooth daily operations and uphold a high standard of service.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘N’ Level
Able to commit on weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
