Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review Mechanical & Electrical specifications, drawings, and schematics to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate inspections for mechanical and electrical systems before installation or commissioning, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.

• Supervise on-site M&E activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans, schedules, and quality requirements.

• Monitor and inspect mechanical and electrical installations to verify accuracy, safety, and adherence to specifications.

• Collaborate and attend meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, RFIs, and site challenges.

• Oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and project milestones are met.

• Verify setting out and materials used for M&E systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports and test certificates, for M&E installations.

• Support project planning by assisting with schedules, budgets, and material/equipment selection for M&E systems.

Job requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience; HDB project experience is an advantage;

• Technical knowledge related to M&E works;

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email

• Good written and verbal communication skills;

• Team player with ability to meet deadlines.
