Customer Service Executive
Overview:
Reporting to the Team Manager , the Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and high-quality customer support. This role involves handling customer inquiries efficiently, formulating resolutions, and delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach .
Provide effective solutions to customer concerns and ensure follow-ups where necessary.
Handle high-volume inquiries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Document and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Job Requirements:
Minimum post-secondary certificate ; candidates with customer service or contact center experience (1 year) will have an advantage.
Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills .
Proficient in English (written and spoken) ; knowledge of a Mother Tongue language is an advantage to assist non-English speaking callers.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications .
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must be available for a 5-day work week , including weekends and public holidays , on a 3-shift rotating schedule ( shift allowance provided ).
No prior experience required – on-the-job training will be provided.
