Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager @ F&B / Retail

F&B Concept & Retail Malls

• Produce Concept Design, Space Planning, Materials Presentation, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Specifications and Detailing, and Quality Assurance
• Allocate and produce tender documentation and detailed drawings
• Plan, design, and furnish interiors of commercial
• Handle and complete the project independently from inception to completion
• Manage projects to target deadlines & budgets
• Presentation of the design concept to clients
• Liaise and manage clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensure site complies with design specifications and building regulations
• Conduct client meetings and report of design progress
• Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used

Requirement

Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the retail/f&b commercial interior fit-out industry

Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and/or other design software application
