Summary:

• One year contract, renewable with completion bonus
Basic up to: $3500

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors; handle inbound telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage daily mailroom operations including incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Provide support for company events, including logistics and coordination.
• Deliver general administrative support as required by the Admin Supervisor.
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Handle mobile phone administration, including applications, plan updates, usage tracking, cost reporting, and high-usage alerts.
Manage contract systems for facilities and expatriate staff, ensuring compliance, timely uploads, and follow-ups
