Bid Management Specialist (Bids, tender , proposal )

Reports to Head of International Business

• Responsible for managing the international business bids and tenders. Plan, drive and execute Bids and tenders. Leading the end-to-end bid process, Involve in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing bid strategies, and submission of proposals.
• Develope and execute bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements
• Participating in negotiation sessions
• Coordinate sales, technical, legal and finance teams to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed
• Maintaine bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication, pricing information etc
• Conduct reviews to continuously improve the bidding process
• Tracke and provide timely updates on bid results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in the defence, international, and engineering industry domains preferred
• Proven success in winning bids through effective proposal management.
• Project management experience
