Project Manager(Banking System)

Our esteem client is looking for an IT PMO who is savvy in providing technical solutions to their clients . You would be working closely with the client’s project development team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process improvements.

Responsibilties:

• Define the project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage the resources of the projects.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and changes and managing stakeholder expectations and resolving any concerns.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and outcomes.
  • Prepare and provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements..
  • Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to improving the organization’s project management processes, tools, and techniques.

Requrements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
• 10 years of experience in IT project management or a related role in Corporate Banking (Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, Payment) field.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or system implementation.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications - PMP, Agile/Scrum certification , or other relevant project management certifications.
• Technical Expertise - Corporate Banking systems, software development life cycle (SDLC) , cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
• Tools - Project management and collaboration tools such as MS Office Tools, Jira, Confluence , or others.
