Job Overview:

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing sales orders, online platforms, and customer inquiries, and assisting in various sales-related tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Import and Update Sales Orders:

- Accurately input and update sales orders into the company system.

- Ensure the orders are processed promptly and accurately.

2. Manage Online Platforms:

- Monitor and manage various online platforms, such as Shopee.

- Ensure product listings and information are up to date and accurately represented.

3. Quotations and Sales Reports:

- Assist in creating and providing quotations to customers.

- Generate sales reports to help analyze and track sales performance.

4. Customer Enquiries:

- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

5. Collaboration:

- Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders, including the sales team, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations.

6. Event Support:

- Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for events and promotional activities.

- Ensure that all event-related tasks are executed efficiently.

7. Ad Hoc Tasks:

- Undertake ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required to support the sales department and overall business operations.

Requirement/ Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred.

- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.

- Proficient in Mandarin for communication with Chinese counterparts, as well as in English.

- Able to work on weekends.
