Fleet Operations Executive (Bus Transport)

Description

• Perform scheduling of assignments for corporate clients
• Assign and co-ordinate driving assignments with bus drivers according to clients requirements
• Receive and manage feedbacks. Suggest ideas to improve workflow
• Daily monitoring of transport operations. Coordinate with stakeholders in case of contingencies
• Report and maintain records of incidents and accidents for future review

Requirements

• Responsible and meticulous team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Able to respond to contingencies before/after working hours
• Working Hours: Mon to Sat
