Job Responsibilities
  • To provide admin support to ensure efficient operation of sales and trading desk
  • To reduce operational errors and mitigate risks in daily operations.
  • To generate and analyze sales and trading reports.
  • To perform duty or project assigned by Managers.
  • To identify and escalate any operational issues to Managers in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales & trading support or similar role in a financial institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Team player
