About Us

We are a growing ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) company in Singapore, specializing in the design, installation, and servicing of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive (Finance & Accounts) to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting functions.

Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with project cost tracking. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs and budgets; support project managers with cost tracking
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for statutory compliance
  • Maintain and organize financial records for internal and audit purposes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or M&E industry
  • Familiarity with project-based accounting and cost control is a plus
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore tax and regulatory requirements
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
