Retail Sales Assistant

• Achieving and maintaining sales KPIs
• Responsible in attending to customers' enquiries on products
• Responsible in recommending products to their preference and needs
• In charge of opening and closing of store
• Track and manage inventory at the store
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and perform regular check and ensure store’s cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient user in MS office software and POS system
• Service oriented and passionate to go the extra miles for customers
• Honest and disciplined and have a friendly disposition
• Good team player with good working attitude
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Basic Personal Sales Commission
