1. To supervise foreign workers closely and take care of their well being.

2. To perform work in tunnel.

3. To be able to visit workers dormitories to resolve workers issues etc.

4. To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials for our projects

5. To lead our construction teams to plan and execute works according to work schedule.

6. To plan manpower deployment reuire for the site.

7. To oversee the works and resolve issues that arise from construction site.

8. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
