  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and courteously.
  • Handling enrolment, and withdrawals with parents.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Supporting the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
