We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Brand & Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences across all our brands. In this exciting role, you will take the lead in developing and managing CRM strategies, optimizing our loyalty programs, and driving impactful digital marketing initiatives. With a keen eye for performance metrics and a passion for creativity, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, ensuring we continuously evolve and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Loyalty Program Management
- Develop CRM strategies to enhance the customer experience across all Sushi Express Group brands
- Oversee and optimise the customer loyalty program and CRM marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention, drive customer visits and deliver ROI
- Handle customer database segmentation for targeted marketing efforts
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback related to the loyalty program (e.g., member benefits, redemptions)
- Coordinate CRM program development with internal departments and third parties
Customer Engagement & Reputation Management
- Monitor and manage Google Reviews, social media feedback, and in-store customer concerns
- Develop strategies to increase positive customer sentiment and engagement
- Work closely with operations & customer service teams to improve customer experience
Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic ads)
- Monitor ad spend, conversion rates, and ROAS for continuous improvement
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audience targeting for better performance
- Define metrics, measure performance, and analyse KPIs to gain insights
SEO & Website Optimisation
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings (on-page & technical SEO)
- Manage and optimise website content, metadata, and keywords for organic growth
- Conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis to refine digital strategies
Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are personalised based on customer data for better engagement
- Track email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyse and report on CRM, loyalty, and digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and ad platforms
- Present monthly reports with key insights and recommendations for marketing improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and competitor strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Media or related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Brand Management for F&B/FMCG/Hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and Google Analytics, Microsoft Words, Excel, Power BI
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work
- Has an eye for details and flair in creative designs
- Positive, energetic and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Effective written and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas Mandarin speaking associates in Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Knowledge in web design, social media and content management will be advantageous
