IT System & Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

· Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, virus scans, and backups.

· Ensure that all IT equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

· Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.

· Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures.

Products to support includes Servers, Storage, Fortigate firewall, Cisco etc network, Managed WIFI, Cloud services etc.

Requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
