Architectural Engineer (Yearly-Renewable Contract)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely execution of projects in the areas of architecture, infrastructure, and structural planning for high-tech facilities.
• Lead the planning & coordination of all project phases from design planning to construction-related planning.
• Professional management & coordination of the project team as well as external partners and subcontractors.
• Regular coordination & communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for adhering to the project budget & quality standards, developing countermeasures for deviations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation.
• Coordinate & overseae necessary higher-level approval procedures & processes within the project execution framework.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least ITC/ Diploma from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years’ working experience in cleanroom construction industry.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possesses good knowledge of architectural specs and requirements.
