Handle daily sales administration duties such as sales enquires, customer orders etc
Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Liaise with forwarder for incoming & outgoing shipment
Provide logistics support to all aspect on shipment
Maintain good upkeeping of price lists, brochures and catalogues or other sales promotional materials and sample request
Support sales team to execute daily activities and meet objectives associated with all tasks assigned
General office administration support as and when needed

Requirements
Logistic experience
Required skills: Microsoft Office and CRM
Able to multi-task and work independently
Mature, responsive and responsible with good working attitude
Able to start immediately
