• Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Option 2: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Coordinators. You will support daily operations, liaise with customers, and grow together with the company. This role is based in our Tuas warehouse and involves both office coordination and logistics support functions.

The Challenges

• Provide customer service support via phone and email
• Answer and direct phone calls from customers
• Prepare and process shipping documents including import and export documentation
• Ensure shipments are cleared and delivered on time
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain records
• Assist in preparing scheduled reports and updating office policies
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to coordinate warehouse and delivery activities
• Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers
• Maintain general workplace housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

What it Takes

• Minimum 1 year of relevant office working experience preferred
• At least O level or Diploma in any field
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and in a team
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset and good interpersonal skills
• Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage
• Singaporean only
