Job Posting for Account Manager (Sales) at TALENTSIS PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
Drive services revenue and profitability by managing accounts in strategic sectors.
Engage in solutions-based selling by identifying customer pain points and aligning tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Conduct bid analysis, comparing offered solutions with competitors to create competitive bids for submission.
Visit customers to present and explain offered solutions.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to expand reach across different business units.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Account Manager position.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT (preferred).
Experience in the tender submission process (bid review, tabulation, and submission).
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Location: Pasir Panjang
