AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world problems. You will lead the development of end-to-end pipelines, deploy scalable AI systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. This is a direct permanent position with our client.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for production environments.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform large datasets.
• Conduct research and implement cutting-edge techniques in machine learning, deep learning, and AI.
• Fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define AI/ML use cases.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including model architecture and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in AI/ML projects.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
• Proficiency in building and deploying ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
