Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Cloud Engineer

As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are looking for a talented and passionate Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of secure and scalable cloud solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
Depending on your experience and expertise, your responsibilities may include:

• Analyze tender specifications and client requirements to propose suitable cloud architecture solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, or hybrid/multi-cloud platforms.
• Deploy, test, and ensure performance, availability, and connectivity of cloud-based and on-premise systems.
• Propose and implement cloud monitoring solutions to track performance, health, and security.
• Develop architecture artifacts and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for cloud environments, working closely with network and infrastructure teams.
• Recommend and evaluate new cloud technologies and practices to optimize solution delivery.
• Prepare system documentation, configuration guides, and UAT/test documentation.
• Implement compliance standards, cloud backup & restore procedures, logging, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with GovTech SHIP-HATS and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) requirements is a strong advantage.

Additional Responsibilities (Nice to Have): Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

• High availability setups for firewalls, servers, OS (Linux/Windows), and RDBMS/NoSQL systems.
• Cloud and system implementation of Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Kafka, message queue systems, and API gateways.
• Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, IAM/IDM systems.
• Multi-site and disaster recovery architecture, system backups, and failover processes.
• Implementation of DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, Jira).
• System hardening, vulnerability assessment & penetration testing (VAPT).

Requirements:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud computing, deployment models, automation, and security.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms and tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure ARM, CloudWatch, etc.
• Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and storage systems (S3, NAS).
• Understanding of network protocols, system monitoring, and integration.
• Certifications in any of the following will be advantageous:
  AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  Microsoft Azure Administrator
  Google Cloud Professional Architect
  CompTIA Cloud
  Database Administrator certifications
  VMware certifications
