Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure and provide 24x7 support. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues to ensure continuous uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Management: Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for availability and performance.
• 24x7 Support: Provide on-call support and resolve incidents during off-hours.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Optimization: Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize cloud services for efficiency and cost savings.
• Automation: Create scripts and automation to manage cloud resources and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, and security.
• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Willing to provide 24x7 on-call support and troubleshoot remotely.
• Good communication skills for working with global teams.
