Events and Marketing Executive (East, IT Industry)

Job Description:

• Assist with planning and executing events (product launches, seminars, client events), including venue selection, scheduling, vendor coordination, and preparing event materials.
• Track expenses and ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and meet event timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align event goals, acting as the main point of contact for event inquiries.
• Provide setup, registration, and troubleshooting support during events.
• Gather feedback, evaluate success, and follow up on sales leads for ROI.
• Handle scheduling, database maintenance, and budget tracking, coordinating with departments on event and marketing strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure events align with brand guidelines.
• Work with teams and partners to gather ideas and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

• Event planning or internship experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Creative, able to manage multiple projects.
• Quick learner, open to feedback and skill development.
• Familiarity with IT or system integration industries is a plus.
