IT Infrastructure Engineer (Permanent)

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage system documentation and reporting.
• Provide on-call support when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of networking (VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches) is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise hardware (servers, SAN, NAS) and IT services (AD, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
• Experience in security hardening and patch management.
