IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our client's team! If you’re motivated, adaptable, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
🔹 Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract top tech talent
🔹 Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical roles
🔹 Ensure a seamless hiring process with a focus on quality and speed

Requirements:

✅ At least 5 years of IT recruitment experience preferably in SI environment
✅ Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business etc.
✅ Meticulous and attentive to details
✅ A hands-on individual who can work independently and in a team
✅ Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally at all levels
✅ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
