IT Testers (2 Perm Openings)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Agile team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, API, and backend services through both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases based on user stories and business requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage and clarify requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for regression and smoke testing.
• Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Adhere to secure coding practices and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Solid understanding of QA processes, test case design, and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of API testing, databases, and backend systems.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
