Java Software Developer (Various Locations / IT Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Java-based integration solutions to enable system and application interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical designs.
• Build and maintain APIs and connectors for seamless data exchange.
• Leverage integration tools to develop scalable, robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying and addressing root causes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and APIs.
• Align integration solutions with business needs and strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
