Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our client's software development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java programming and be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets business requirements and technical specifications, contributing to the overall success of the development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimize code performance, and ensure software applications run efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the improvement of team development processes.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the functionality of the software and meet quality standards.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest Java technologies and trends, applying new knowledge to improve the development process.
• Ensure the integration of various technologies, databases, and third-party services into the system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with a strong background in Java programming.
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.
• Experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
