Software Lead (Permanent role)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team to deliver impactful digital solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, high-performance fullstack systems.
• Develop and review secure, high-quality APIs aligned with best practices.
• Promote secure coding and integrate DevSecOps principles across the SDLC.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure QA integration within DevSecOps workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, BA, and infrastructure engineers.
• Ensure cloud deployment, monitoring, and maintenance align with AWS or Azure best practices.
• Deliver government-compliant systems, including integration with Singpass/Corppass.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.

Requirements:

• 6 years of software development experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong fullstack development skills and RESTful API expertise.
• Solid background in secure coding and DevSecOps tools.
• Proficient in cloud services (AWS/Azure) and agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering public sector solutions, especially with government authentication.
