Software Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers while driving strategic initiatives, project execution, and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage an engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Strategic Planning: Define and drive business strategy and roadmap for your domain.
• Project Execution: Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project/product milestones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Presales, Project Management, QA, and Maintenance.
• Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent, conducting performance reviews and fostering growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering leadership.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and software governance.
• Prior experience in highly regulated industries.
