Location: Various locations across Singapore (Will be allocated depending on your residential location or preference)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the individual retail customer and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered.
• Seek for opportunities to engage customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments, and/or outreach programs.
• Possess sound financial knowledge and provide holistic financial planning advice to the customers.
• Identify suitable financial solutions offered to meet their financial goals.
• Have a good understanding of banking regulations and adhere to guidelines when conducting business.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Consumer Psychology or related fields
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (I.e., Occasional weekends to assist your sales)
• Prior experience as a sales personnel in banking or financial products is a great bonus
• Relevant financial certifications (I.e., M5, M9 etc) is a bonus but not a must. We will assist you to attain the certs if you do not have them.
• A passion for banking and wealth management
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confidence and presentation skills
