Provides administrative support to Laboratory Administration Section such as attending to telephone calls, distribution, and control of office supplies / stationaries, manage stock, prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes, preparation of new staff orientation items.
Assist with procurement and stock management such as receiving, processing, updating and distribution of goods to section users.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min GCE ‘N’ level / NITEC (For AA & SAA position) / Min Diploma (For EA position)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous, organised, good communications and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as a team member.
No prior experience required, on the job training will be provided
