• Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
• Study financial details in supporting documents.
• Verify financial details against supporting documents.
• Amend incorrect financial details and update status.
• Verify financial grading and process details for approval.
• Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading.
• Advise applicant on submission online.
• Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
• Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment.
• Track all applications, timely till closure as per SLA.
• Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ level
1 year exp as Admin / Accounts Assistant
