IT Executive / Senior IT Executive (East) –

Responsibilities

Office 365 setup and administration
Manage Microsoft Active Directory, inclusive of DNS and DHCP configurations
Set up of Virtual servers using Hypervisor and VMware environment
Basic network troubleshooting & Firewall administration
Provide support on Windows / Mac computers & mobile devices (Android, iOS) to end-users
Provide support for Retail Shop POS System (following Retail operating hours)
Other ad-hoc duties relating to IT / Computer as assigned

Requirements

Min Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, or its equivalents
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
Experience in Windows desktop operating system and Mac Operating System
Knowledge in Windows Server implementation, administration and support
Knowledge in VMware ESXi and vSphere
Process problem solving, willing to learn & Can-Do attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
