Our client is a globally operating logistics service provider specialized in storing, handling, and forwarding commodities. We are operating globally, with offices, warehouses and terminals across the globe. For their Singapore office, located in CBD, they are looking for a mid-senior level network engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Network Engineer you work as part of the IT Infrastructure team. The teams are organized Scrum/Agile, and you will coordinate primarily with the infrastructure team leader, as well as Infrastructure Architects.

You will...

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco and Fortigate technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective network solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and availability.
• Implement and manage robust network security measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex network issues and contribute to documentation efforts.

You must have...

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, specifically with Cisco / Meraki
• Strong technical expertise with routers, switches and firewalls (FortiGate)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and good command of English

Nice to have…

• Experience with Zscaler
• Experience with Azure networking
