BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities:

• Produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings related to building works
• Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site
• Prepare and compile as-built drawings for submission
• Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects
• Assist in BIM Coordination offsite & on-site implementation
• Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage the capability to enhance construction productivity
• Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction
• Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in M&E building design work
• Well-versed in operating AutoCAD
• Possess M&E design knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
• Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Knowledge & familiarity with Revit MEP will be an advantage
• Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage
• Candidates with hands-on experience in BIM Authoring tools and BIM reviewing tools and software is a plus
