Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Install and configure new equipment
• Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team
• Document all work performed and provide reports to management
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Follow shift working system
• Follow company procedures and safety policies

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in related electronic, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, etc. or O Level / SPM / Skill Certificate in related industries.
• Preferred technical background in electronics, mechanics, and/or software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
