Job Title: Aircon Technician
Responsibilities
Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Identify and diagnose issues in air conditioning units, using tools and equipment to test components and systems to determine the cause of failure.
Recommend and install system upgrades to improve energy efficiency or replace outdated components.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations, including proper handling of refrigerants and other materials.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining air conditioning system operations, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance schedules for each client.
