Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator at Tecson Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project milestones, monitor progress, and maintain project documentation. Your contributions will be essential in achieving project goals and delivering value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Execution Oversight: Assist in project execution by monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying issues, and facilitating problem-solving.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and change orders.
Team Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance/Controller: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
Other Ad Hoc Duties.
Qualifications:
Education: Min. Diploma Holder in business, project management, or a related field. A PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in project management or a related role is preferred but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills may be considered.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
