R&D Engineer -Electronics (Loyang Area/MFG Ind.)

• In-depth study, support and development of new technology and capability improvement
• Design test vehicle, conduct DOE, data collection and analysis
• Liaise with vendor for evaluation and prepare technical report
• Co-ordinate with varies department for new technology introduction
• Monitor initial mass production performance, resolve issues and make improvement plan

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical & Electronics) with 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong in Engineering concepts and fundamentals
• Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools – SPC, PFMEA, DOE
• Good writing, communication, planning and co-ordination skill
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing will be preferred
• Able to work 12 hours shift work is a plus.
