About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

Roles & Responsiblities

Research on state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning, social-network data mining and recommendation algorithms with game data, help design, evaluate and improve the core algorithm and strategy for online AI serving.

Response for in-depth statistical analysis from large-scale data, mining for user behavior and attributes, building user portraits.

Improving data analysis pipelines, combining business requirements and data, by using distributed computation platform, develop efficient and reliable data mining solutions.

Research on LLM and AI agents system. Design and implement backend and frontend for online serving systems.

Qualifications

Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.

A strong understanding of statistical models, related machine learning principles, and experience working on data mining related projects.

Familiar with machine learning, deep learning and data mining algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering; familiar with causal inference or optimization algorithms.

Prefer candidates with experience with frontend/backend design and development.

Prefer candidates with research experience and have academic publications/ patents.

Prefer candidates with experience with LLM deployment tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen), RAG in LLM etc.

Strong self-driven ability, team cooperation ability, anti-pressure ability and studious candidates is preferred.
