Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Crisis Planning and Operational Resilience
The incumbent will play an integral role in designing hospital infrastructure for the various types of crisis (e.g. Civil Emergency, disease outbreak, mass casualty incidents) and management of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for the hospital. In addition, the candidate will support formation of policies and training programs for crisis preparedness across all departments within the institutions. Training, mentorship, and personal development on crisis management (also called emergency management) will be provided to the successful candidate.
Job Requirements:
- Schedule and document meetings and discussions between stakeholders and contractors to ensure infrastructure and installations necessary for crises are provided.
- Maintain global centralized information repositories on related crisis infrastructure, operation manuals, and response plans.
- Provide administrative support to the Crisis Planning and Business Continuity teams, as well as the Responsible Person (the hospital representative for national emergency capacity).
- Support in planning for and documenting the infrastructure meant for national emergencies.
- Any duties/projects which can be assigned by Reporting Officer from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2 years working experience. For candidate with more relevant experience can be considered as Assistant Manager.
- Strong technical skills including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat to prepare, edit and manipulate text and data. Tech-savvy-- ability to learn new software and other relevant programs.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to ask questions, explore new ideas and seek out innovative solutions.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Possess strong analytical, communication, written and presentation skills. Ability to take and record accurate notes/minutes in complex meetings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team and across teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload, be well organized and multi-task in a smart and timely fashion.
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment, quick thinker and an effective problem solver.
