As a Management Trainee, you will be trained in all aspects of Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. This includes both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, managing customer relations, overseeing staff, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and planning budgets.

Learn the ins and outs of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
Develop skills in providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in supervising and training staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Gain experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysing sales data to drive profitability
Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, including food safety regulations and workplace safety procedures
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and attract customers
Address and resolve operational challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirement
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants
Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
Willing to be involved in hands on operations
Have a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration
Physical stamina and ability to work standing for extended periods
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Required Working Shift: 6 Days, 10 Hours/Day including 1 Hour of Break
