Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring service runs efficiently and professionally.
Lead, mentor, and train the front-of-house team to uphold Fi's service and hospitality standards.
Manage guest experience, handle reservations, and resolve guest feedback with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with the culinary team to align service flow and ensure menu understanding among staff.
Monitor restaurant financial performance, including cost control, inventory management, and reporting.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with Singapore regulations.
Execute and support marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities.
Foster a positive, motivated workplace culture where excellence and creativity are celebrated.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a premium dining environment.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and hospitality.
Familiarity with modern Asian cuisine, especially Thai, is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of restaurant financial management, inventory systems, and basic reporting.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
