Sales Manager - Corporate Partnerships

My client a retailer; is looking for a Corporate Partnership Sales Manager to identify and cultivates strategic business partnerships, negotiates agreements, and manages ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit. They work closely with internal teams and monitor partnership performance to align with company goals.


Sales Manager - Corporate Partnerships:


  • Identifying and targeting corporate groups that would benefit from a partnership with the Loyalty Application.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the corporate groups to ensure the partnership remains beneficial for both parties.
  • Creating customized partnership solutions that cater to the specific needs and goals of each corporate group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyse market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


Requirement:


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful corporate partnerships.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
