ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Sales Accounting Responsibilities:

1. Sales Revenue Tracking: Monitoring and recording sales transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Accounts Receivable Management: Managing invoicing and collections, ensuring payments are received on time and following up with customers as needed.
3. Financial Reporting: Preparing sales-related financial reports, analyzing sales trends, and reporting on financial performance to management.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts to help guide business decisions.

Payroll Management:

1. Payroll Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
2. Time and Attendance Management: Overseeing attendance tracking systems and ensuring compliance with labor regulations regarding hours worked and overtime.
3. Reporting and Compliance: Preparing payroll reports for management and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
