The Assistant form a crucial part of our organization, building lasting relationships with customers and providing quality care to pets. Responsibilities:

Support daily operations of the store

Handle online bookings and reservations

Assist customers in recommending products and services

Handling of live pets

Taking car of pets including showering, cleaning and feeding

Assist with inventory control and displaying products for sales

Perform Cashering duties

Packing of orders for delivery

Requirements:

Pet Lover

Proficient in using a computer

Service Oriented

Able to work in a team and good interpersonal skills

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Relevant retail pet shop experience
